Bronchitis is inflammation of the mucous membranes of the bronchial airways
in the lungs. It is usually caused by viruses or by bacteria such as Streptococcus,
Pneumococcus, Staphylococcus, or Haemophilus. Allergies may also
be involved in which case the bronchitis will remain chronic until the offending
foods are totally eliminated from the diet. (Further reading: One 's Food

It is important to avoid cigarette smoke and all other respiratory irritants, to get lots of rest, to drink at least two litres of water daily, and to avoid sugar and all dairy products. Supplement with one VIR™ tablet every waking hour to a maximum of 8 per day for the first three days, then taper off to 4 tablets daily. Take additional vitamin C to bowel tolerance. PRANA helps the lungs both to expectorate accumulated mucus and to heal inflamed bronchial tissue. Garlic may also be helpful, both for its antibiotic properties and because it is a mild expectorant.
