There is no one food that is ideal for everyone. What is a healthy food to one person could be a slow poison to someone else. Food allergies are great masqueraders; they can mimic just about any health condition. Chronic fatigue leads the list – not the usual sort, but an almost painful tiredness that is not helped by bed rest. Other common symptoms of food allergies include fluid leakage, muscle spasms, excess mucus, low resistance to infection, poor absorption of nutrients, generalized toxicity, and problems in "target" organs. Those with hidden food allergies need to track down the offenders and eliminate them completely – 100 per cent – from the diet. A little bit of a poison is still a poison.
